RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Joe’s Outlets accepts returns (“Eligible Returns”) where:
1.1 the product delivered is damaged or defective upon delivery; or
1.2 the product delivered is not the product ordered.
2. All items returned must:-
2.1 Reported within three (3) calendar days upon receipt; and
2.2 within seven (7) calendar days of delivery be returned to our shop to allow easy identification and prompt processing either.
We regret to inform you that we cannot accept any returns of online purchases via our boutiques.
3. To request a return simply contact our Hotline at +65 9772 0670. (Whatsapp only no call, MON-FRI 9am-7pm) or our Facebook page . Our customer service representative will reply you within 3 business days for further clarification.
4. Product(s) must be returned to Joe’s Outlets in its original condition and unworn or unused, together with the original, certificate and packaging.
5. Joe’s Outlets reserves the right to reject/refuse any returns if:
5.1 the product is damaged due to improper use or handling by recipient;
5.2 the product is damaged or defective within seven calendar (7) days of delivery.;
5.3 damage of the product is due to subjecting it to unusual or unadvisable physical, environmental or electrical stress; or
5.4 product has been modified without authorization of Joe’s Outlets .
6. Joe’s Outlets reserves the right to return ineligible returns to you at your own cost.
7. Do note that Sale and discounted items (including items purchased using discount codes and during flash sales) are not eligible for further exchanges/returns.
8. Store credits will be issued in the form of a coupon code, which can be used (partially or in full) to offset online purchases only. We do not process cash refunds for returns.
